The Petrossian Group is a family business with expertise in the marketing of caviar and smoked specialities. Since the opening of its first shop in Paris in 1920, it has cultivated a French art of living through a century of know-how dedicated to the selection and maturing of caviar, the smoking of smoked products and the development of new recipes in its production workshop in Angers. The quest for excellence and innovation are at the heart of the family's concerns to make each Petrossian tasting moment simply exceptional.
Petrossian's specialities are available for sale online through its e-shops in Europe and the United States. They are also distributed through a network of 500 retailers and chefs around the world. The group currently employs 250 people in Europe and across the Atlantic.
